About Us

The Steering Group lead by the Communities First Partnership had been in existence for some time and it became clear that a  constituted body was required, to look at and take forward the ideas that were arising from these meetings, and so the Tairgwaith Resident’s Association was set up in 2004.

The aims then, and we hope these will remain the same for future years, is to look at projects for the “Betterment of our Community”

We have strived not to become a complaints committee.

The officers are
Adrian Jones (Chairman)
Terry Pugh (Vice-Chairman)
Terry Howell (Treasurer)
Trudy Launchbury (Secretary)

There is a strong membership at present and long may that continue, as the association was set up by the residents for the residents, and it is very much appreciated the time and effort that you all make in attending the monthly meetings.

Several projects were taken on but the major one is the Community Field, this is a huge undertaking, but despite several setbacks we are almost there. Please keep an eye on the updates or come to the meetings to see how things are progressing.
